xmlns="urn:yahoo:prods"
That is a namespace declaration, not an attribute. If your XSLT is not
aware of the namespace, it will probably fail in dealing with nodes
under that namespace scope. The short version is that your XSLT will
probably work if you add the same (default?) namespace to it.
