I remember David Carlisle telling some time back on XSL-List, that XML
Spec is notoriously famous for such anomalies.
No. XML and XSL are perfelctly clear here.
XML says that attribute order does not matter, and XSLt says that
(whatever order the attributes appear in the result tree) XSLT may
serialise them in any order into an XMl file.
