I am not David, but will the following work?
[not(name()=preceding::*/name())]

Of course you can answer even when you are not David. :D

WAAUXCallerID
WAAUX03

This would only work if we had not a case like below:

WAAUX01
WAAUX01
WAAUXCallerID
WAAUX03
WAAUX01

The repetition is not in a following order and can be random!
