thanks for the answers.
I choosed to implement the prefix-namespace
associations for application-QNames specified
inside attribute values using a custom element
(the <ns> of the example), I don't use the xmlns:
attribute. In this way the declaration is just normal
application data and does not mix with xml reserved
attributes. I think is working well, for many reasons.
To me it looks like the convergence with XSLT 1.0
is confirming the fact that is a good choice.
