Well, i don't use it in the xhtml file that my xsl produce for me... I only use
it in the xsl file.
Having the xmlns in my xhtml makes my document non valid.

Huh? What's the problem with this namespace declaration? If you use this
namespace (as it is the case in your sample document), you need to declare it.
