[xsl] Fwd: Namespace 'http://exslt.org/strings' does not contain any fun

I know this list isn't for specific support but I'm wondering if there
isn't something quite obvious I am missing. I applied the example from
the site exactly, as far as I can tell. Haven't gotten a reply to the
below message from the exslt list.

Am I missing something? I'm using "MSXML2.DOMDocument.3.0" to transform.
