Since XSLT files are XML documents, I feel techniques for XML
encryption can be used. Here are few articles I found by googling.

The obfuscation could be lower than "military grade" but should be not easily 
be reversible.

I think an obfuscation method which is similarly used with Javascript and HTML 
sources.
