There's one Saxon user who uses the Saxon net.sf.saxon.Compile command to
achieve this requirement.

Is there a way of obfuscating XSLT stylesheets?

The obfuscation could be lower than "military grade" but 
should be not easily be reversible.

I think an obfuscation method which is similarly used with
