I wasn't really suggesting that as a solution, just verifying to myself
that import precedence works correctly with "normal" calling of named
templates via call-template, so as to narrow down the problem
description should you wish to send a bug report to the saxon list.
Hmm, I tried with Saxon 8.8.0.2, I will update to a newer version and
check if this behavior is still there.
same in 8.9j
