But the parser complained about the XML not being well
formed, even though it would have been as an end result.
An XSLT file doesn't just _look_ like XML, it really is XML and is
parsed by an XML parser prior to being executed by the XSLT engine.
So teh XSLT file itself has to be a well foirmed XML file, otherwise it
will never be passed to the XSLT engine at all.
