Subject: Re: [xsl] Browser support for X-link - Xpointer
Phil,
While I can't speak for XLink in the browsers, it's not at all uncommon to
use it in back, with (for example) XSLT to translate it into application
semantics (such as HTML).
This has been documented. A reference:
http://www.idealliance.org/papers/xml2001/papers/html/06-02-01.html
Too bad the question isn't on topic.
Cheers,
Wendell

Hello XSLT-List,
Can someone provide an update on browser support for X-link? I would
also like to know if there is no support (aside from Firefox 2.0), how
are you using X-link and X-pointer and in what environment/platform?
