That's all I could find.
No statement on whether XSLT 2.0 is fully supported.

It's hard to locate I know... all I've found is:

(slight mention next to XSLT processors)

and:

http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/appdev.102/b14252/adx_j_xslt.htm

...where it suggests it only implements a draft of the 2.0 spec.
