Re: [xsl] xsl:for-each-group and identity transform

As a follow-up I have turned the stylesheet into a tutorial:

XHTML sections: implicit2explicit-hierarchy.xsl
http://www.xmlplease.com/xhtml-hierarchy

I'm not sure I understand exactly how all the templates work so please
correct me if something could have been done better.
