Hmm, I tried Xalan again now with option -xsltc and then it does not
come up with the previous result, instead the stylesheet outputs
<td>0</td> for each name for each column. Based on the result with Saxon
and with Xalan interpreted that seems to a bug with Xalan XSLTC.
