Setting encoding in xsl:output helped.
But it stays unclear to me what encoding is my output when
xml and xsl files is in UTF8. (specified in xml declaration)
The encoding of the output will generally be UTF8, unless you request
otherwise. It doesn't depend on the encoding of your input.
