Re: [xsl] Why do the XSLT and XML Schema specifications use different notations for Definitions?

I think it is because W3C never published a Recommendation
on "How to Write W3C Recommendations".

Hi Folks,

In the XSLT 3.0 specification it uses this notation for definitions:

[Definition: blah, blah, blah.]

In the XML Schema 1.1 specification it uses this notation for definitions:

[Definition:] blah, blah, blah.

Why is there a difference in notation?
