What about a FOP profiler or FO profilers in general?
They are all over the place for XSLT, and ready to use in the
debuggers of the XML Editors.
Anything similar for FO?
I have googled around but can't find anything?

Having looked at the pricing of both within the past year, you would have to
have some major overhead to make up any sort of ROI on those.
