[xsl] Not able to render XML in Chrome browser

Hi,

I am not able to render XML directly in Chrome. At the same time it is
working fine with IE, Edge and Firefox.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="myxsl.xsl"?>

<doc>

.

</doc>
