The majority of the "anti-spam" proposals being actively discussed
are variants on the "prove the sender is who he says he is". None of
these are perfect, yet:
- they are being actively discussed in the ASRG
- they are being actively discussed on the ietf-mxcomp(_at_)imc(_dot_)org
mailing list
- there was a BOF about them last week in Seoul
- some people are creating experimental implementations and looking
at the results
This seems different than "summarily executed".
