I find the date, um, "interesting”. Personally, on December 25, I am involved
with other activities. I note that my company generally makes financial
announcements a few minutes after NASDAQ closes, and a variety of
organizations make announcements when they think nobody is listening. Is the
IETF...?
I apologize for the date. Obviously we will ensure that there’s sufficient time
to provide feedback. We posted the message as soon as it was ready, the IESG
had worked hard before the holidays on this. Please do not let this discussion
disturb you holidays; I myself do not plan to work much if at all before next
year, and there is certainly enough time to discuss once we are there.
