By "largish government agency" I presume you mean the US Federal
Government.
At Cisco we have seen valid signatures from the US Army (us.army.mil),
Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov), and Energy Star (part of the EPA;
energystar.gov). We have also seen valid signatures from a number of
municipalities with .gov domains and from the State of California
(gov.ca.gov).
This data is as of 1 September; I need to crunch my logs again.
I should've thought to do that query too:
+-------------------+
cityofboston.gov
us.army.mil
RL.gov
energystar.gov
fairfaxcounty.gov
senate.gov
visitnebraska.gov
+-------------------+
