I had to patch fetchmail to get it to compile with gssapi support
enabled. Somewhere in there I noticed that configure.in was missing
a call to AC_PROG_MAKE_SET. There's also no sa_len field or SA_LEN
macro in glibc 2.2.2 on Linux. Patches for these issues are attached.
These applied cleanly and will be in 5.7.3. Look for a release Sunday.
