[fetchmail]fetchmail 5.7.2: gssapi and a couple of other changes

I had to patch fetchmail to get it to compile with gssapi support
enabled.  Somewhere in there I noticed that configure.in was missing
a call to AC_PROG_MAKE_SET.  There's also no sa_len field or SA_LEN
macro in glibc 2.2.2 on Linux.  Patches for these issues are attached.
