[fetchmail]IMAP always fails on check (-c option)

In 5.6.8 the following was introduced

* IMAP code now bails out if the server forces the
mailbox read-only.

This however breaks check-only (-c) option because if
IMAP server is asked to EXAMINE only, it reports the
result with READ-ONLY status, which in this case is
perfectly valid and not sign of any problem.
