Maybe I'm misconfigured, but apparently the .fetchmailrc file, when
containing a password being composed only by digits
Running fetchmail release 5.3.0+POP2+NLS
with following .fetchmailrc (slightly adapted)
set daemon 600
poll machine.in.our.subnet
protocol IMAP
username VP/yv914234/stefan.vertommen
with password 44444444
is wbogaert here;
Will return following error:
fetchmail:/home/users/antonio/wbogaert/.fetchmailrc:5: parse error at
44444444
