[fetchmail][PATCH] 5.9.10 smtp.c CRAM-MD5 segfaults and buffer overflows

Well, here is the latest (and yes, untested) version of the patch.

Would someone who uses CRAM-MD5 please test this? I may find myself forced
to _remove_ the entire SMTP auth stuff from the next Debian stable release
if this thing cannot be fixed on time :(
