So, how does it handle
To: ABC(_at_)ozemail(_dot_)com(_dot_)au
Bcc: localuser(_at_)we-ef(_dot_)com(_dot_)au,
user(_at_)romte(_dot_)address(_dot_)com
I think Fetchmail looks at the recieved lines to find the required
recipient address. So therefore you get
To: undesclosed-recipients

A 13KB email - couldn't you have truncated it a little?
Anyway, the problem is easy enough to spot:
localdomains we-ef.com.au
Fetchmail will forward misaddressed multidrop messages to postmaster.
and
X-Fetchmail-Warning: recipient address ABC(_at_)ozemail(_dot_)com(_dot_)au
didn't match
any local name
So, fetchmail knows that we-ef.com.au is the local domain, but the email was
for ozemail.com.au. Might want to add ozemail.com.au to the localdomains
entry.
That and upgrade from 5.1.0 to something a little more recent, even if
"only" 5.9.0 (the current release is 5.9.11).
