JP Kelly <jp(_at_)jpkvideo(_dot_)com> waffled thusly:

I am getting bounced messages when trying to fetch mail from one
server to another (both local)
I cannot figure it out (I am a newbie)

I'm not an expert but have some experience, and use the same combination
at home (Postfix 1.1.7/Fetchmail 5.9.11) Works beautifully for me.

I'd also look at including the following to help track this one.:

.fetchmailrc info (without the user/passwd, obviously)
Relevant sections of Postfix's logs (/var/log/maillog usually, depends
on OS and distribution - what's Postfix doing?) Output of postconf -n
(non-default settings) from Postfix. (particularly the value of
$mydestination)

The error:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the Postfix program at host mail2.jpkvideo.net.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned
below could not be delivered to one or more destinations.

For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the message returned below.

Your ISP's mailserver is also under the domain jpkvideo.net, yes? Looks
like Postfix is either complaining about it seeing the address already
(note the Delivered-To: lines, and the Sendmail(ish) "for") or mail2 is
spitting it back out due to a .forward / aliases / virtual mechanism. A
bit more info on your setup should narrow it down.

Michael.
