Hi,
I have a problem with BCC emails from senders, which seem to end up in
the admin mailbox and are not correctly routed to the individuals.

I would really appreciate some help.
The problem is that there is no consistent way that mail servers mark
these bcc recipients in the mail headers. However, there are a number of
ways that are commonly used, an dfetchmail can cope with many of them -
though it needs tuning on a server by server basis.
Read up on multidrop, and pay particular attention to the examples in the
FAQ. If you still have problems, look at the headers in one of the
messages that is being incorrectly delivered. If the correct bcc recipient
is mentioned anywhere in there (perhaps even in one of the Recieved:
lines) you should be able to get fetchmail to work correctly with it. If
the bcc recipient isn't mentioned, you're stuck; get a new upstream mail
server that understands these problems! If you do have the recipient
somewhere in the headers, post an example of the headers if you need help
in figuring out the correct settings.
Sorry to reply to my own message - but the point is that the extra headers
are added by a server near you, not by the originator. Because it will
always be the same server near you, if you can figure out what it does, you
can fix fetchmail to get it right.
