Did you use the same options for compiling the versions
that work and don't? Has anything else changed?
1. Yes I used the same options for compiling the versions.
./configure --with-ssl --disable-nls
make
2. I upgraded the OpenSSL library from version 0.9.7 to
version 0.9.7.a
Can you provide details of the options you used
for configure, the first line of "fetchmail -V",
the system (OS version etc) and what's in your
.fetchmailrc?
