[fetchmail] [PATCH] minor fixes

Here are three patches for various minor fixes. The first two are old
and have been remade for 6.2.2.

The first patch fixes the inadvertent flushing of oversized mails when
both --limit and --flush are used.

The second patch takes <> from Return-Path: as a valid from address
(Original patch by Maarten Bezemer).

The third patch fixes some minor problems.
