[fetchmail] Multiple copies

Hi,
    I use Fetchmail with a dial-up connection. When fetching mail from mail 
server, if connetion broken down and there are some mails on server all fetched 
mails (in this session) will apear again in later session, users will get 
multiple copies of fetched mails. How to delete fetched mail?
Pls help me!
