"Fetchmail-friends digest, Vol" in the subject.

*PLEASE* DO REPLY TO INDIVIDUAL MESSAGES ONLY!
Please split up digests upon arrival, or use a decent mailer that can
reply to an individual message that was inside a digest.
Replying to digests breaks references and makes it impossible to
retrieve context.
I am therefore ignoring this issue.
If you feel someone should have a look, please re-send your COMPLETE
report (what you did (includes configuration, version, how you installed
and so on), what you expected, what you got instead) to the list and if
asked further questions DO NOT *EVER* REPLY to digests.
In doubt, switch your subscription from digest to regular.
