Every so often, mail seems to be getting "stuck" on the AOL (America Online)
server using their IMAP retrieval service. Fetchmail will just hang after
this printout:
$ fetchmail --all --flush -v

...just hangs here
once I manually go in and delete the message, the rest of the mail gets
downloaded without a problem. This happens about every 10 days or so, and I
cannot figure out why. I have searched, but not found any suggestions on a
work-around or fix.
Any ideas/suggestions?
