        I'd like to see RICHMAIL defined in a separate RFC, one that 
defines a new sub-type using the standard extension mechanism.  It would 
be a useful extension to the protocol, but only an extension.

I vote for SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE and let the non-critical extensions be
included in another document.
