Content-KHFO aka "Klensin-Has-Flipped-Out" referred to a header specifying
the encoding an 8->7 gateway should perform on the body-part.  This was
kicked around for a bit with Ned getting in the last uppercut (note the
resemblance to Thai boxing :-)).
