one thing which seems to have been overlooked in the flapflap:
We agree that MIME is ready to go forward, except for some details that
we quarrel about. That is OK.
BUT: It seems to me that this WG "adopted" RFC-CHAR and RFC-MNEM also,
so that they could be reviewed by an IETF WG before being put forward
as draft Internet Standards.
Now there is no meeting in San Diego, so no review will take place
at San Diego, I suppose.
Can we do this by E-mail, or do we need to call a special meeting,
or do we need to wait until the (STILL undated!!!!!!!) July IETF?
