Now, I *know* this qualifies as too stupid to ask, but I know that
some gateway implementor will do the Wrong Thing if I don't ask... ;)
In the latest MIME draft I have, in section 7.3.3 (External-Body),
it talks about what the 'site' parameter is.
What is missing is a good discussion of what happens to 'site' as the mail
travels through a gateway - it seems that for 'FTP', 'ANON-FTP',
and the like, it won't work through a gateway, and therefor should be
left alone.. However..
Should the value of 'site=some.domain' be %-hacked or whatever is needed
in the case of 'access-type=mailserver'?
Or is it "understood" that "site=" is always considered to be
Internet-centric, and it's the user's problem to figure out what the
proper value is as seen from where he is?
