Anon ftp to thumper

Naturally, as soon as I told the whole world about the release of
metamail 2.2, thumper had a crash and lost its anonymous ftp area.  It
is now restored, so if you were unable to pick up metamail 2.2
yesterday, it should work today.

Mailserver access has been, I believe, unaffected by the problems.  --
