Re: MIME Clarifications wanted

The formatting problem is with the document and not the text. We intended to
do what the text says but due to a document processing glitch it didn't
get done. But by the time we noticed it was too late to recall the RFC
(even for such a cosmetic change -- the rules are very strict). It will
be done right in the next version.

I'll leave the rest of this for Nathaniel, the richtext guru, to answer.
