Another buglet to be discussed:

12) MIME-Version header is defined by RFC 1341 as
MIME-Version := text
but RFC 1342 says that an encoded-word may be used anywhere a "text"
can appear. This is probably not what we want.
My suggested fix:
Redefine MIME-Version to be
MIME-Version := 1*DIGIT "." 1*DIGIT
which should give us plenty of rope :-)
