only 3 cases.
- The encoded-word is interpreted as ASCII. No problem, but perhaps
some weird file names will be generated.
- The encoded-word is interpreted and acted on correctly. No problem.
- The encoded-word is interpreted in an incorrect fashion.
The last case seems to be what worries Keith. I think the past history
of our discussion more-or-less proves that encoded-words are the
least nasty alternative we have.
