        I'm with you,  Keith.   But the persuasion in 
some of the responses is strong.   So I'll fall back to the 
Dave Clark rule,  rough concensus and running code,  and ask you 
to produce some running code that generates  "recipient friendly HTML". 
Do that,  and you may find some concensus.
