Proletext, OTOH is a much bigger thing. I think it would have to be a
whole new text type.
Any additional functionality would require a new value for the Format
parameter, yes. This would include your indent idea, proletext, or
anything else. I don't see that as such a big deal. I'd rather get
Format=Flowed out in its present form. Any extra functionality is a
potential obstacle, and would I think be better worked on after we
get wider deployment and operational experience with the current f=f.
