Very good idea! There should be some way for the community,
perhaps even qualified single experts, to register
criticism of an entry in the registry.

We have been developing a software with a similar facility.
Our system has an index of terms, a definition of each
term, and other people can comment on this definition. In
practice, our system works like a forum system, where every
term has its own separate forum. However, a normal forum
system might generate too much comment, one would not want
an implementor of "Reply-To" to read through all the
thousand messages on that topic in the drums working group.
Such a person would best be aided by reading a short
summary of each of the conflicting views on this header
name.
