Yeah, that's all in there. I've posted an excerpt.

I'm not completely sold on some of the architectural decisions. I would
almost rather use a set of meta-headers in the first part (ala
message/partial) but this isn't for email... News has just as much risk of
losing the first part as any other part so that is somewhat risky. Also,
there is some difficulty in finding the parts in the NNTP model. You don't
want to force people to download every message in the newsgroup to locate
necessary information.
