Lotus cc:Mail, Notes, and possibly a system by Oracle of the time. The concept of invokable hyperlinks (long before Tim dreamt up URLs) in email (and in any other Notes document) to another Notes document (or collection of Notes documents) was a key feature of Lotus Notes from day 1 (in the mid 1980s).
