Yes, those are the basic two buttons, but you're probably confusing some
people here by using the name ``reply to list'' for the second button;
there's a widespread MUA with a third button labelled ``list reply,''
quite different from the second button.

(The third button screws up crossposts, and it fails to send Keith the
cc's that he wants. So why was it added? Because the second button,
_without_ Mail-Followup-To, was even worse. On the other hand, in a
Mail-Followup-To world, the second button works fine, and the third
button should be eliminated.)

USENET has consistently used the name ``reply'' for the first button and
the name ``follow up'' for the second button. Why invent new names?
