Allow inspection of all mail header fields in user defined rules would
be a good start. I think we've gone off on a tangent. I'm happy to
leave it at this: Outlook Express is simply one current example of
software which tends to encourage the practice of adding [] type tags
to the Subject by other software attempting to complement its
limitations.
