It's worth noting that those 11% FPs are a little skewed by SPEWS listing
a netblock containing the Linux Kernel Mailing List. Which is, of course,
rather high traffic (even higher than this list!). Of course this is one
of the major reasons not to use SPEWS, so the end result (low score in
SA), is appropriate.
